I used the service department yesterday. Jay V. was very helpful, he went over everything at drop off that we discussed on the phone the week prior. He called to let me know what was going on and cost before he did anything extra. At pick up we talked about some other issues he found and he made notes in my file so when I was ready to have them taken care of we had a place to start. My husband and I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Galaxy Auto Place and worked with Adam. This is by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Adam was very easy going and made the purchasing process very easy and stress-free. We drove over two hours to test drive the van and it was parked by the entrance with the air conditioning on ready for us when we arrived.
