had a great experience , our Salesman Joe Gullo was a no pressure salesman , I was switching from a silverado which i've had for the last 20 years to a Ram , he let me take the truck for a few hours to make sure I liked it . I picked up the truck on Thursday and it was a pain free experience , Joe took the time to show me how to use all the different features and helped set up my phone . We will definetly be back for future vehicles
Galaxy Auto was clean and classy and comfortable place to shop. The family oriented staff is wonderful to work with and look out for your best interest. Joe Gullo was very professional and intelligent about helping me make a good decision for my budget and transportation needs. Galaxy Auto Place was about 2 grand under all the major dealerships I previously shopped unsuccessfully. Great customer service!
Because of the outstanding service I received from Joe 3 years ago I decided to pay him a visit just two short days ago. I told him I’m not sure if I can trade in my vehicle just yet and told him what I was looking for. I spent about 5 minutes with him before he said, he’s the keys, take it for a drive...and so I did.
