Fast, easy, and painless This was the first car ive ever bought from a dealership and scott was awesome with his fast replies to me via email helping me find the right vehicle, when i came into the dealership Joe Gullo helped me out and was very fair and honest about everything, and answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns i had. Vehicle Purchase Have been taking my family vehicles to Galaxy Auto Repair Shop on Dick Rd. with no complaints for the past few years. Bob has always been honest and fair with all my issues. Figured I’d give the the used lot when I was looking for my next vehicle. Adam was as helpful as he could be with everything that’s been going on and responded to my questions in a timely fashion. Great customer service Friendly service and nice coffee in the waiting room. I only interacted with Jason but he made it a point to be very kind, ebullient, optimistic and he explained every aspect of my repair. He takes his job seriously and is very professional.

Great communication from Adam Adam was great! In my recent search, I really wanted to have loan terms and vehicle pricing in writing before I stepped foot onto a car lot.
