I used the service department yesterday. Jay V. was very helpful, he went over everything at drop off that we discussed on the phone the week prior. He called to let me know what was going on and cost before he did anything extra. At pick up we talked about some other issues he found and he made notes in my file so when I was ready to have them taken care of we had a place to start.
