GALAXY AUTO ROCKS!!!! was in desperate need of a safe reliable vehicle, searched online and galaxy auto was the only place i found that offered vehicles with low miles at a reasonable rate to customers with not the best credit score..i work nights & sleep days so being able to text with my dealer was a huge help and i always got a response by the next day.. ive had my 2014 equinox for 6 months now and havent had a single problem with it. Amazing Experience I haven't purchased a car in probably 10 years, and that was through a private seller. You hear a lot of horror stories about used car salespeople, but from the first email to the last handshake, this entire process was completely painless. Joe was welcoming and friendly, answered all the questions we had (and we had a lot) and we were able to get the paperwork processed quickly without any issues. Speedy Service I called for a repair and was told the service department was swamped. Galaxy told me to drop off the car anyways and would see if they could fit me in. Galaxy was awesome, responsive and very professional. An extra kudos to the service manager Jason!!
