RecommendedBuying a vehicle can be overwhelming. I took a chance after searching online and went to Galaxy. Stopped in to look, next day took a test ride, bought the vehicle on a Sunday! Picked it up following day, turned in my vehicle. Price and trade in $$ was great. Don't waste your time going to big dealerships. No pressure, friendly (Joe Gullo) salesman. Anticipating the same when I bring vehicle in for service.
I bought / leased new cars every 3 years for a long time. Then after 17 years, I unexpectedly lost my job, and started a new career. I started rebuilding, i filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, no more new cars for me. :) The 5 year bankruptcy ended , but still has not gone through the courts for official discharge. Please do yourself a favor, shop for a car here!!!! Just do it ! They were absolutely incredible. My experience amazing. I went there to test drive an SUV, when I pulled in, it was already started and sitting there waiting for me! I fell IN LOVE with what I drove. Adam set up my entire application and explained everything right down to the T, I didn't even have questions after because he was so thorough with everything and great. Bought my boyfriends 1st good car there today. We worked with Scott and he was amazing. Great communication skills, very flexible, and made the car buy process easier than ever. This made the experience so much better. Would definitely come back in the future.
I stopped at the 848 Dick Rd location today. Had a new exhaust system put on. Service was great and was very reasonable. I told Bob Bauer I was looking for a place to have my car serviced and I think I found it! The garage and waiting room are super clean. I will recommend this location to my friends.
I just picked up my Cadillac SRX and Joe was my guy! Best car buying experience I've ever had. They had an issue with one of the keys, are driving someone out to me to program the key since I live almost an hour away and gave me 4 free oil changes for the inconvenience! Now I would say that's great service. Joe was great! Best sales guy ever !
