Horrible experience here. 30 minutes to get a drink, food took an hour and half to get and it was just ok.

Honestly, we wanted to like this restaurant a lot but we didn’t. Service was mediocre at best, same for the food. The ambiance is great, it’s super cute inside but the food was not great and the service was slow and not attentive at all. It took at least 30-35 minutes to get our dinner. My friend’s skirt steak was cooked well done and not the medium rare she ordered. I ordered the Manila bowl which tasted fine but wasn’t anything to write home about. We won’t be coming back.

To be fair they must have had a day/ night off. The food was mediocre to bad. They changed their menu, the worst dish was the peel shrimp dish. Just cold shrimp on a plate with mayonnaise splattered over it! No chef would prepare such a thoughtless dish. Please save yourself the tims, literally. Horrible service and management. A party of 3 of us ordered a charcuterie board, garlic noodles and a vegan dog. It took over an hour to get the food, all at different times. Vegan dog and fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. It took another 30 minutes to have replacement. We had to ask the server multiple times for water, no checking in, no refills, no ask for cocktails, no dog tread. Nothing. Terrible experience! Took 1 hour to get waters, took 1.5 hours to get our food. Our guests didn’t get their food and we had to get the manager involved. They were out of the salmon teriyaki for our pup and told us after 1.5 hour they were out of it. What happened to this place. Food was sub pat and cold. New owners need to step it up! Brought new people the restaurant and everyone was disappointed. Sad, because we loved going there. Won’t be back unless they fix these issues.

We were really disappointed with our experience at Boozehounds last night. The service was poor, slow and unenthusiastic. The food was subpar. Nothing was above a 4 or 5. The only highlight was the dog menu. Our dog loved it. We won’t be back nor will we recommend to anyone.

This was a brunch disaster. I was served the worst tasting eggs Benedict that I have ever had. I could take only two bites of it. I wanted to get the waiter to send it back for something else, but he had completely disappeared. I even got up and walked around the room to see if I could locate him, but nowhere to be found. The day of our reservation (8/5) Boozehounds was closed. Both the Boozehounds website and Opentable (how we made our reservation) showed it open.

unfortunately 3of is ordered the adobo, have ordered it many times in the past, but we left most of it because it was exceptionally salty and inedible.
