My burger was okay my guest sent back his fish and chips as the fish wasn’t fully cooked. We weren’t charged but were very disappointed.

Have been here a few times but after today I doubt we'll return. Poor service overall - repeated attempts to order food, refill coffee and pay bill took way too much time and energy. Food was subpar - clearly asked for medium poached eggs and we were all served very runny eggs. Coffee lukewarm and cream was separating. Couldn't get server's attention for anything. Finally had to stand up and wave credit cards in air to get bill. Sorry to have had this experience at a place we have previously known as fun and worthwhile.

Beautiful restaurant and hip atmosphere but every time I go here just service is here is really slow and clueless.

Our experience was so bad. The service was as good as it could be. It’s clear the restaurant was understaffed. Our waiter had to preface that the kitchen was backed up and food would take at least 35 minutes to come out. It took 50 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Another 30 for our entrees to come out. Most of our table for the garlic noodles and they were way too salty. At the same time, there was some type of event also going on in the dining room. Decided to eat here based on many glowing reviews. Not sure we necessarily were eating at the same restaurant. The seating was extremely uncomfortable. The multiple people serving our table seemed confused about what was going on and we watched dishes be delivered to multiple tables. We ended up ordering multiple dishes recommended by our servers including the Teokbokki. Everything was very ‘over garliced’ making it almost impossible to taste any flavored nuance. We had to wait over one hour for our food to arrive. When we asked the waiter he answered with an attitude. The manager was nice, he offered free drinks for our longer than usual wait time. Overall the dog food was good, our food was OK, but the attitude of our waiter left a bad taste in our mouth.
