I really wanted to like this place, and I think it could be a fun experience but not if you have young children. If you have kids in your party who are under the age of 10, you will be surrounded by the type of people who hate kids and believe their dogs are more important than human children. It's a shame because our waiter couldn't have been nicer, and the venue was lovely.
Service is very poor. Waiters are friendly but there are things they could do to make this worth the price -serving your beer poured -shorter wait times -nicer quality menu Overall I’d recommend for a night out with one or two friends, sit at the bar or outside and be there for vibes over anything else
Food wasn’t very good. Server was great. Had no idea the restaurant was built for dogs. Probably would not go back.
Service was really bad! Took about 15 minutes before our waiter even greeted our table. She seemed flustered and not with it. Appetizers took forever to come out, overall service was very slow and barely saw our waiter. Things that were on the menu were not available due to being discontinued months ago, then why not update your menus and not give out old menus? We ordered espresso at the end of dinner and waited and waited and nothing came out. We flagged the waiter and said there was no espresso as the machine was broken. ... read more
Slow service and bland food. Not worth it! They need a menu overhaul.
If you're hungry don't go. Portion sizes are very small and quality was subpar. The chicken the waiter raved about tasted like frozen then deep fried nuggets from Costco. The 10 dollar egg rolls were but sized and again tasted like something frozen. Our bill for 4 was $215 and everyone left hungry and astonished by the inadequacies.
Despite an in-depth and excruciating discussion with the waiter about being vegan and what we could order (he suggested a 'vegan’ dish that they were using egg noodles in "if that matters to you"), we were served the cucumber dish with a yoghurt sauce on the bottom.
For breakfast/brunch, the menu is very limited and the service is inept. Would not recommend.
The female server provided excellent service, and the chicken egg rolls and pork belly were delicious. I ordered the garlic noodles with crispy chicken, but unfortunately, the chicken had a taste reminiscent of chicken livers. The server was gracious and kindly removed the chicken from my bill after she saw I had placed the chicken on a side plate. My date opted for the fish and chips, but they were quite disappointing. For dessert, we ordered cookies, which take about 20 minutes to prepare. When they arrived, the server had... read more
