Service was sub par. While other tables regularly got water refills, we did not. In addition we had empty plates from appetizers and dinner that we had to ask to be removed.
The gluten free fryer was broken and service was not adequate. Normally we have a good experience!
Had a reservation for a party of 7 with two kids and they sat us at a table of four. We barely had any elbow room, hosts Ronnie was extremely rude . Would not recommend this place to other as our experience was horrible. Had reservations for 7pm told we had to leave by 8pm with our appetizer not arriving till 740pm. No one came to pick up our plates or glasses in between meals and we had to ask for silverware multiple times. Not worth the money.
Service was terrible, our server kept ignoring us and we went for long periods of time without seeing him. He was surly and unpleasant. Our appetizers arrived an hour after we were seated and tbh they were delicious (Brussels, garlic noodles). We waited at least another 30 minutes for our entrees and sadly the fish & chips were ice cold and soggy. Overall, very disappointing.
Our server was very rude. The place is supposed to be dog friendly but if your dogs happens to bark which is what dogs do, you’ll get kicked out.
I don’t often leave reviews but I am hoping this one lands properly. We were recommended Boozehounds by our concierge and we were really excited to check it out. The service was really disappointing and eleven when our starters took 35 mins, the service didn’t improve. They didn’t check on our meals and I finally flagged a hostess after waiting 20 mins for our cheque. Food is good. Service was terrible.
We typically love Boozehounds and so does our pup. So much that the staff brought a second Pup Meal and immediately put it down in front of him. I quickly said we didn’t order this. They left it- (because who takes food from a dog). And we got charged for both. And tipped for both. Lesson learned - stay alert and speak up!
After arriving on time at 8pm and being seated, we left after 20 minutes because not one single server ever noticed we were there. No one ever approached our table. We mentioned it to the host at the door but they were too busy to help us out.
I was so excited to go to Boozehounds with friends who highly recommended the place-only to be both dissapointed and embarrassed by the waitress' behavior. My husband and I were taking our friends and their dog out for a special dinner while visiting us in Palm Springs. Our friend expressed some food restrictions to our waitress who was rude and unaccommodating.
