We celebrated our anniversary here. We were seated quickly because we had a reservation and they took our drink orders and brought that over pretty fast. But from when we ordered and until our food arrived, it was almost 40 minutes. Other tables got their foods before us even though they came in around when we did. Just didn’t really enjoy the food…thought dogs were only outside so that may have been our fault…the smell of wet dog was pretty strong.

The server was all around rude, and the food was served cold. Drinks were good and strong. Restaurant had a nice ambiance.

Unfortunately this dining experience was a disaster from the get go. My husband and I arrived and decided to dine at the bar. It was pretty empty upon our arrival at 5:20PM for a 5:30 reservation. No servers acknowledged either of us for approximately ten minutes. When a server/bartender did come by, our drink order arrived about ten minutes later. The food was absolutely excellent - but - we had serious issues with service. They were clearly understaffed. When we arrived they couldn’t seat us on time, then they sat us at a dirty table covered in stains and cup rings. The cocktails were delicious but exceptionally overpriced.

The place was packed (good for them). Service was slow, food is just ok. The menu is way too organic and hippyish not a great offering. The Chardonnay was nice and cold that’s about all that saved the experience. Tables are jammed in and when you have two dogs, it’s a little bit much. We would have liked to be at a table with more space. We did ask, and they did move us but the second table was no better. Whilst the concept is lovely with the hounds, the experience was all round disappointing. Whilst our server was very friendly the food took nearly an hour and once it had arrived we were never asked if it was ok, if we were happy etc. we both ordered the ramen cold salad which was awful!!!! Terrible quality ingredients, old salad and lack of flavour. Not offered anything on the house given the late arrival of the food and hosts were also very cold. Please go somewhere else in Palm Springs!!!

Honestly, the experience was very poor. The hostess sat us outside on the condition they would be able to bring a heater out, it was 40s degrees outside. We asked our server and a busboy twice each. And after more than an hour we only got a heater after want to just leave. More than anything… it was not just us but table next to us also asked 6 times.
