PC12312011 I HAD AN AMAZING EXOERIENCE HERE, THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND SO NICE AND NOT PUSHY!!! BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD BUYING A CAR
Truly Satisfied I found out about Galaxy Auto from the Cars.com website after searching their data base for Hyundai Santa Fe's. I checked the BBB website and saw they had excellent reviews there as well. The Santa Fe at Galaxy was comparable to what other dealers had but at a much lower price. I went to go test drive it and talk to them about financing. They were able to get me offers from a few banks and let me choose which financing worked best for me. They dealt with some small concerns I had and got me into the vehicle I... read more
Great deal on a Great car Scott and Rick were super helpful and accomodating. They had exactly what I wanted, and they worked with me to get me a loan and trade me out of my old junker that needed to go!! Kudos on a great job, and I will be sending my family members in when they need a car too !!
Excellent Service I went shopping around for cars not expecting to be leaving the same day with a car bought. Their friendlyness and cooperation really aiding me in buying a car.
QUALITY USED CARS YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE EFFICIENT, QUALITY MINDED STAFF IN THE USED CAR INDUSTRY. RICK AND SCOTT WILL HELP IN ANY MANOR THEY CAN TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE. FORGET THE OTHER GUYS THEY'RE NOT IN THIS GALAXY!
Purchase of vehicle The buying experience was very easy. No high pressure like the "Big Dealers". Rick went out of his way to look for a vehicle for me. He found one and it was a perfect "fit" for me. Would definitely buy again when the need arises for a vehicle.
Galaxy Auto i really liked the no pressure sale. dealership was clean and well lit. sales staff were friendly and accomodating. they worked hard to get me the best financing rate and had a quick turnaround from the bank which ended up being the financing agency. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a high quality used vehicle.
Galaxy Auto/Union Rd. Scott and Rick were awesome!!! Even though i dealt mostly with Scott, he made me feel very comfortable about their business and how they do things there. I always buy new, but I just couldn't swing it just now after totaling my prev. suv, and i was so scepticle and unsure about trusting anyone buying used. They stand by their word, and i feel i got the best deal i could after looking at 8 other "big" dealers, and almost a 1,000 on line. It took me 3 weeks to make a decision, and i just knew this was the... read more
