Great place terrible detailing job Bought a 2013 Hyundai from Galaxy auto Adam our salesman was awesome and the deal was also. The car after driving it one day has a airbag warning light which I'm sure the dealership will correct for us. The biggest complaint I would have is when they detailed the car it looks like they used a dirty wet rag. Happy, and disappointed at the same time... I purchased a Hyundai Entourage from this dealer just yesterday. The salesman was nice, and not pushy. The process also went by real fast, and then we were on our way. My problem is that we took the van for a ride right when we picked it up, and then about 15 minutes later the check engine light came on. Disappointed I recently purchased an SUV from here and was somewhat disappointed. The salesman that took care of me never even went to look at what I was trading in. He just said, "We'll give you $1000". According to the car fax, there was a recall from GM that was not taken care of. He told me he would take it to a dealer and get it fixed. Great Car, Poor Service While I extremely happy with the car I purchased, this dealer leaves a lot to be desired. One of the times we went to look at cars was about 1/2 hour before closing but the salesman was with someone else. By the time he was done, it was just before 8 so he just brushed us off so he could close. Then when we did buy he was condescending and rude. We Pick and Choose Our Buyers Dont understand other views but our experience was a total mess. When I finally got the attention of a salesman, I was pawned off to another. After applying for financing previously online (which they couldn't find) I was asked repeated to provide an application again, and again. Then I was told to call back in hour.
