Great deal on a Great car Scott and Rick were super helpful and accomodating. They had exactly what I wanted, and they worked with me to get me a loan and trade me out of my old junker that needed to go!! Kudos on a great job, and I will be sending my family members in when they need a car too !!

Purchase of vehicle The buying experience was very easy. No high pressure like the "Big Dealers". Rick went out of his way to look for a vehicle for me. He found one and it was a perfect "fit" for me. Would definitely buy again when the need arises for a vehicle.
Galaxy Auto i really liked the no pressure sale. dealership was clean and well lit. sales staff were friendly and accomodating. they worked hard to get me the best financing rate and had a quick turnaround from the bank which ended up being the financing agency. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a high quality used vehicle.
Galaxy Auto/Union Rd. Scott and Rick were awesome!!! Even though i dealt mostly with Scott, he made me feel very comfortable about their business and how they do things there. Bad Experience... I recently bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta (7/30/19) from Galaxy, the fan motor died shortly after and they fixed it - No problem.Fast forward a few weeks and the transmission is acting odd so I called a transmission shop and the guy was knowledgeable and VERY familiar with the problem.He told me there was a factory recall (actually 4 on my car) and a class action suit against Ford related to the problem.I never received the Car Fax when I purchased the car and now I think I know why..Now I'm jumping through hoop... read more
