Galaxy Auto i really liked the no pressure sale. dealership was clean and well lit. sales staff were friendly and accomodating. they worked hard to get me the best financing rate and had a quick turnaround from the bank which ended up being the financing agency. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a high quality used vehicle.

Galaxy Auto/Union Rd. Scott and Rick were awesome!!! Even though i dealt mostly with Scott, he made me feel very comfortable about their business and how they do things there. I always buy new, but I just couldn't swing it just now after totaling my prev. suv, and i was so scepticle and unsure about trusting anyone buying used. They stand by their word, and i feel i got the best deal i could after looking at 8 other "big" dealers, and almost a 1,000 on line. great this dealership has knowledgeable, honest, helpful staff. I had a price and type of vehicle in mind and they made it an easy process to find the vehicle and financing program that was perfect for me! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality used vehicle.

Bad Experience... I recently bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta (7/30/19) from Galaxy, the fan motor died shortly after and they fixed it - No problem.Fast forward a few weeks and the transmission is acting odd so I called a transmission shop and the guy was knowledgeable and VERY familiar with the problem.He told me there was a factory recall (actually 4 on my car) and a class action suit against Ford related to the problem.I never received the Car Fax when I purchased the car and now I think I know why..Now I'm jumping through hoop... read more

Buyer Was told by Scott he was getting a car ready for me too look at, to inform me later that the car I was interested in was sold in one hour.. very bad business practice

Great no pressure service I’d like to say what a great experience I had here. Adam my salesman was great. I usually hate shopping for cars because of the high pressure. But there was none here. The car I wanted to look at was online but wasn’t on the lot as it was still being tuned up and still needed to be detailed. But the owner knowing I was looking to test drive it, went down to their repair facility down the street and brought it back for me to drive. My experience with Galaxy Auto Place I purchased my vehicle on 3/1/19. It had a defective bearing that I had to explain to the tech very slowly in order for him to understand and once he did, he was able to identify the defective bearing and they did replace it. There was also a piece of molding that had cracked off of the door which was replaced as well. About a month later the steering wheel made noise from the boot at the bottom which they again didn't find until I had to explain the problem clearly. They greased it up an... read more

Regret Customer service from the facility is very good. My luck with cars is not, only have had the vehicle one year and already have had more problems than I should be dealing with after paying 13,000. I've had 2 alignment issues that never resolved the problem, and a faulty tire. 1 year later and I can't even pass inspection, costing me more now. Should have leased a car. Regret.
