I d9nt recommend getting your vehicle serviced here can't even do an oil change properly. left the cap off on my girlfriends cruise draining it of oil cause she figured they knew what they were doing. told her she doesn't know what she's talking about when it came to how much oil was lost. when I'm the one who checked it and I know exactly what I'm talking about and refused to give her paperwork at desk when maintaince was don't guy told her he's not giving it to her and left. on top of poor service rude people who try ... read more
I purchased a 2014 Rogue on March 29 from Scott. It had only 48,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and had a clean carfax. After having my vehicle for just ONE month, the vehicle begins shaking and vibrating. I took it in to be looked at. I was told “it’s a standard issue with Rogues that they shake and vibrate and that there is nothing they can do about it but it shouldn’t worsen”. I bought a 2014 Camry, took it home found half bottle of head gasket sealant under the drivers seat, and a bottle of brake cleaner. One week later, front bumper came off was super glued on... brakes needed to be replaced-they were at about 25% and they said they detailed the car but it has long white scratches all over the body and heavy swirls. Worst buying experience of all time, would never recommend this dealer to anyone else. Beware!!!! It had a clean title..
