Had a reservation at 9pm. We waited at the bar until 10. Got one round and then the bartenders also never asked us if we’d like another. Our server was very sweet and apologetic (she’s the reason I gave an extra star) but we asked to speak with a manager 4 times and no one ever came over. We ended up walking out. They said they got slammed and were under staffed. Look we are all in the biz I get it but why weren’t you prepared at least for your reservations? Really bummed. This was a restaurant we were really looking forward... read more
I’m a local and have dined here numerous times (for dinner, happy hour and brunch). Typically our visits have been great. Our experience yesterday was disappointing. Our food took over an hour to get to us and the restaurant was only half full. We felt forgotten. Our server came by the table to tell us our food would be out and then another 15 minutes would go by. This went on for awhile. By this time, we were pretty upset and asked for a round of drinks on the house which they obliged. I’m on the fence about returning.
We had a reservation for brunch and we were sympathetic that they were busy, but there was some confusion by the host about our table arrangement (they wanted to put tables together when there was already an adequately sized table adjacent to us). We were told “let me see if that is already reserved”—we waited a few minutes and ultimately got that table. When we were ordering our drinks, we were cautioned that the kitchen is “catching up” and food would take 40 mins and they were out of a particular item. The restaurant was ... read more
Was very excited to try this restaurant due to being dog friendly and fun atmosphere. However, having to wait 50 mins for eggs & a burger was absolutely ridiculous.
Service was sub par. While other tables regularly got water refills, we did not. In addition we had empty plates from appetizers and dinner that we had to ask to be removed.
The gluten free fryer was broken and service was not adequate. Normally we have a good experience!
Had a reservation for a party of 7 with two kids and they sat us at a table of four. We barely had any elbow room, hosts Ronnie was extremely rude . Would not recommend this place to other as our experience was horrible. Had reservations for 7pm told we had to leave by 8pm with our appetizer not arriving till 740pm. No one came to pick up our plates or glasses in between meals and we had to ask for silverware multiple times. Not worth the money.
Service was terrible, our server kept ignoring us and we went for long periods of time without seeing him. He was surly and unpleasant. Our appetizers arrived an hour after we were seated and tbh they were delicious (Brussels, garlic noodles). We waited at least another 30 minutes for our entrees and sadly the fish & chips were ice cold and soggy. Overall, very disappointing.
Our server was very rude. The place is supposed to be dog friendly but if your dogs happens to bark which is what dogs do, you’ll get kicked out.
