Horrible experience. I showed up with plenty of time for a class. The Baristo was having a meltdown of some sort. He was complaining to coworkers that he was a supervisor and no manager would treat him that way. Took 20 minutes to get a latte (purchase required for class). I asked a few times and I kept getting the angry response we are busy sir. Four other employees standing around while this guy who was so unfocused scrambled around for more milk and to go tops. The young kid that works the counter on the weekends with the tattoos has the worst sense of customer service I've ever experienced. Really bad attitude as if the patrons are lucky to be ordering coffee there. I'll never return as everyone in line was quite shocked with his attitude. In addition not to drag things out further with sour grapes, but the coffee product here is really sub par. As in not good.
Walked in. No line. Barista was making a drink. He finished. Took a phone call. Went and talked to the other worker. They walked to the back. At no time did anyone say hi or anything. We walked out and went to Koffi

Don't come here if theres more than 1 person in line in front of you or you don't mind waiting 30 min for two coffees. Other than that they're nice and it's cute.

I walked in and felt a breeze of discomfort, as soon as that uneasy vibe hit, I had to clench my butthole for my own protection. While waiting in line, the cashier clearly didn't get the memo that my eyes are up here bro was looking down like he lost his dignity somewhere on my hips.I couldn't tell if it was a coffee shop or gay entourage.

I don't understand why having someone alone who can't handle his attitude with busy hours. His attitude was so aggressive. The owner should look up at the cameras. We Came to Koffi instead and as always they are so friendly and professional.

The one owner is very nice but the other owner with the shaved mullet has no gd people skills at all! Being in the people business, this guy gets a 1!
