JT was very efficient and got what I needed done. Although I have a problem with the Subaru dealers in Florida saying they can’t find my extended warranties I have. The Indiana Subaru dealer said they are available on the Subaru site.

We live locally, but we’re on our way to Orlando when we had a problem with our Infotainment system. We call Conley and told them about the problem. We had our dogs in the car and thought we would have to delay our trip. When we called Conley they said to come right in, they are dog friendly and they would get us back on the road. 30 minutes later we were headed to Orlando after a software update. Thank you to the best Subaru dealer ever!! We really appreciate your help and going the extra mile to assist a Subaru owner.

I complained that during driving the open back window would not close through the back seat knob, only through the driver side. that was the third identical complain since I have the car. the problem ws not one time solved. It seems, by a inspection, they do not take additional complain serious.

Have been taking my 2015 Forester to Conley for service, since I bought it from them in July 2014. They have always been fair with me and have done good work. Two times they took longer than the expected time to complete the work and they gave me a discount - so, they were doing the right thing to make me a happy camper. This is the 1st Subaru I have ever owned and it has been awesome - oil changes, 1 battery, new set of tires and rear brakes . . . . that's it. Still runs just as good as new.
