Dealership is a state- of the-art unit. Service personnel are great to work with and know how to treat their customers. The service reps make a customer feel welcome and are Egar to resolve their problems. Great team work.

They did most of what I wanted and did it in excellent time! BUT, I asked them to check fluids and the washer juice and two weeks later my low juice warning came on? So this means the inconvenience of buying and installing and disposing of the juice bottle after asking that you do it. So 4 stars instead of 5. I did like the waiting area! I will be back.

I was unhappy to not get the discount from the mailer sent to me - it was only $10.00 but since I did not bring it with me, it was not credited. Also frustrated that I just purchased a new tire in March from you and that tire had a small screw in the side so had to purchase another. Not Subaru’s fault - just frustrating and expensive!
