Main problem: there are no eyes on the tables. You can wait and wait for anyone to notice you. Food: I had the tuna spring roll. Generous tuna, but the rest was just chopped lettuce. My husband had the Manila Bowl. It turned out to be fried chicken pieces and rice. But, the garlic noodles and adobo chicken from the old menu are great. Boosehounds is great for brunch, but I will not go back for dinner. Too many disappointing meals. Sad.
We love this place but last night was bad. We had a reservation for the patio with our dogs and were taking our nephew and niece out for dinner. The place was empty and we were told the patio was closed because the lights were not working. Truth is the place was dead and they didn’t want to open the patio. Our server was so busy visiting with other staff members that I had to get up and tell him we were ready to order and he still took his time coming over. Drinks and food took a long time - made no sense because there maybe... read more
A disappointing dining experience from start to finish. Much of the menu was unavailable the night we attended and the food we did receive was bland, soggy, and served luke warm or cold. The salads ordered were drowning in dressing. We even had to send one dish back. They had also ran out of Chardonnay so we couldn’t order that with dinner either. We went there because Michelin gave it a good review and they said dogs were allowed inside, but we ended up having to sit outside in the heat. On top of that, the female server was unfriendly. Honestly, I regretted even leaving a tip.
There were several “woo-hoo” bachelorette parties that were loud and disruptive to the entire restaurant. It would be great if the management team could have respectfully asked them to tone things down for the sake of the rest of the paying guests.
Service was very slow especially 15 mins for coffee. The food was okay
Fun collab dinner featuring Chef Aric Ianni, who trained under Gary Danko, and specialty cocktails crafted by Seymour’s of Mr. Lyon's. The menu showcased a fusion of California coastal flavors with Mexican and Asian influences. The evening was highlighted by uniquely paired cocktails with my favorite being chimichurri/shishito pepper martini. This was a special event but all the food created here is always unique and they truly know how to execute a fun experience.
The food was good, there was one dish that seemed a bit over priced. The Manila Bowl was like a bowl of leftovers from a Filipino party for $27??? Crazy town
Inattentive waiter. Forgot drinks. Had to flag down someone else. What kind of brunch restaurant has no deserts? Failed Completely compared To the last Time
