Great Service! Great Service for 10,000 mi. checkup. Only issue was that it took longer than suggested by phone and as mentioned when I arrived. Not told why but I'm sure everyone was busy and didn't realize it. Staff is very nice.

Recent Bob Boast VW visit Always a pleasure dealing with the repair dept, especially Mike at the service desk. I always feel comfortable that he is telling me exactly what I need to keep my VW in good operating condition.
NOTAREVIEW Do not feel this is appropriate- I have no problem with the dealership, service or staff - all great- I have no problem doing the survey- understand info is helpful. I have a problem with a computer program that gives no choice to write or not unless you just cancel the total exercise which wouldn't be a good choice either.
Service/Repair The Bradenton VW location is a very nice place. The customer service is great and they get you in and out in the amount of time they say it will take unless there are additional issues not listed on the estimated cost.

First service Very happy with N/C 10,000 mile first service but it did take longer than I had planned due to problem w/bluetooth.
