I have been using fresh laundry pick up and next day drop off on a weekly basis for several months since our house was being remodeled.. they have gone above and beyond. I love getting my clean clothes professionally folded and my sock and underwear banded together with a fresh laundry paper band. The bands are so helpful in order to keep our smaller items from getting lost.. I was googling for a nice, clean and safe place to do my laundry and I found this laundromat it’s very clean, safe and nice atmosphere! The ladies that work here Sylvia and Iris they are super helpful. It was my first time here so Sylvia explained to me about the loyalty card and showed me how to use the machines. Iris as well. The atmosphere is warm, while the associate Flor was inviting, very courteous, supportive and helpful as I was greeted the moment I walked in. After the kind greeting, I was given a walk through of the services, products and pricing so that I would be informed of all they had to offer. I was given help in placing my laundry in the machine and was taught how to use it. Super friendly staff! Offer to help at the door. They offer us dessert from their thanksgiving celebration and offered my daughter candy. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have great promotions and cheap prizes for loads. I got $40 credit of which i only paid $20 and on top of that it gave me $3 back after the wash. Which made drying FREE! Extremely pleased with the whole experience.
Love this place!!! Miss floo is the best employee that he has ever hired in my opinion! My daughter loves her so much as well. Some days it’s just hard for me to juggle being a mom and doing laundry but she makes sure I’m not stress out and overwhelmed whenever I’m there! And the process for paying in couldn’t ask for something better! You have tap, the card, coins! This place feels like home. Clean clear of drama and under the best control!
