Having just completed the Introductory and Advanced classes over three weeks I must say the classes are very informative and the hands on experience was very helpful for coming back to work and being able to put it in to our daily work routine. Brian was a extremely imformative instructor with a huge background of knowledge and was well worth all the hours travelling from New Zealand for the training.

I can't adequately express how much I enjoyed the Introduction to Dry Cleaning class sponsored by DLI. It was incredibly informative and completely hands-on. I feel much more informed to perform my duties as the manager of a dry cleaning business. I am looking forward to taking the advanced class. Thank you Brian for a wonderful experience!

As business owners we knew during covid we must adapt and change fast to survive. The DLI org showed true leadership setting an example of changing helping us change, and providing change information. I feel all of the changes must have been hard but the leadership team made the change happen fast for the benefit of the members. The membership is a true asset.

One positive thing that came out of COVID is the Peer2Peer format and the weekly training seminars. Sharing information weekly with other owners from around the country and Canada has given me the opportunity to become a smarter more successful operator. Thank you DLI for giving all of us this wonderful opportunity.
