My husband and I had a house fire in August 2023. CRDN came and took our items. It was going to cost quite a bit to have our clothing cleaned, so I had them bring those back and I cleaned them myself. While the main people I talked to were nice, I feel like it needs to be more organized. When they brought back our belongings, our microwave didn’t come back with the mounting bracket. Had a house fire they took all stuff out of house to be cleaned. When you call they always say we will call you back. I've had someone else's stuff mixed with mine . They brought wrong kitchen stove back it was natural gas I have propane, they broke middle knobs off stove when they finally brought mine back they said they were gonna expedite me a new knobs it's been 2 wks haven't heard anything. I have top to blender no bottom motor ,have food processor top no motor. They told us give them a few days haven't heard anything.... read more
