After a fire loss, Tyler, Stephanie and crew made sure to get my clothing back as soon as possible. This helped me not to have to buy a new wardrobe while I waited for the reconstruction. They have been super responsive to every request. Thanks team!
We had a fire in January, 2025. They responded quickly, but the crew they sent had ZERO care for our stuff, some of it looks like they broke it on purpose. We got back a fraction of what they took, my dryer came back but my washer didn't, apparently they saran wrapped it full of wet clothes for a couple of months... my fragile things like snow globes were ruined, I hot back half of my shoes, by half I mean 1 of each pair.. anything elastic or rubber was completely unusable, my dishes??
