Service advisor was on top of the job and checked with the mechanic frequently to find out the status of the work. i always am comfortable bringing my 2028 Forester to Conley and trust them to do a thorough job.

Service team is pleasant and efficient. I stopped in to speak with a sales team member and he was ineffective. I asked about your new electric car. He didn’t have any literature and remarked I wouldn’t be able get since they’ve been oversubscribed. Pretty disappointing service. It appears the mechanic that worked on my oil change didn’t reset the ‘oil change due’ reminder. So I see the indicator pop up each time I start the vehicle. Again, pretty disappointing.

My last service visit was disappointing. They replaced the windshield wipers and they are not working correctly after only 3 weeks of use. They also said they filled all fluids and I found out on our long distance road trip that they didn't fill the wiper fluid.

Professional staff & very thorough work on car, found a problem I wasn't aware of & fixed, even thou this was all under warranty, still treated extremely well. Lobby area made the wait very tolerable (alot of outlets to plug into, able to "work" while waiting). Spouse owns a Subaru also; he went to Sarasota Subaru for his service & not impressed AT all. SO worth the extra 20-mile drive! I also purchased car here for the same reason. Great staff all around.
