Employees were all courteous & knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. Waiting room is comfortable. But I would prefer to be able to make an appointment for an oil change. When I “just showed up” I was told they were short on personnel, & then gave me an appointment for a week later.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF OUR NEW OUTBACK WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND SALES REP ZACH AVERY AND DELIVERY SPECIALIST TOM REDMOND TOOK EXTREMELY GOOD CARE OF US. Great service as always. Had our 2019 Subaru Impreza in for it’s 30k service and received friendly professional help from the staff as well as discounts for my Gold plus purchase when we bought the new car there.

Enjoy the new state-of-the-art showroom and service center so much. Comfortable seating, coffee and snacks, TV plus lots of power outlets for laptops. The only thing that would make it better was if you have a Krispy Kreme donut dispenser. HA! My car was in and out for service in less time than I expected! Always a great experience at Conley!
