I was going on a trip and wanted my Forester checked out for the ride. I had no appointment but they took my car right in. Everything checked out great and I had a smooth trip. They didn't charge me a penny, they said it was all part of the service.

Service was great but, I did have to wait 3 hours for an "express service" oil change, tire rotation, and inspection even with an appointment.

I stopped by while on vacation as I needed a front end alignment. Unfortunately, the power went out while I was there. As I had to travel back to Atlanta,I waited to get my car fixed and it ended up being all day. Jessica and the rest of the team were very gracious and checked on me every half hour or so, and they made what could have easily been a stressful wait a very pleasant situation. Jessica is most definitely an asset to your organization!
