I started on the phone and was pleased Gary took 2k off the internet price. I went to look at the vehicle and learned about the Conley package for $1995 which, “doesn’t fit on the website”. This is part of the reason people younger than me are buying cars online and what makes buying cars miserable. I know Gary is doing what he’s told to do by management. Please, list the real price the first time and keep your screen protection.

We arrived early for our appointment and the staff took care of us right away. Everyone was courteous and the waiting are was nice.

Standard oil change and tire rotation. . They found a sidewall tire puncture, Recommended 4 new tires then rotated the tires anyway with the spare tire and charged me for it. That felt wrong.

Mr. Jones went over and above to give the best of service. He brought to my attention a wheel alignment was necessary due to original transport. I had my suspicions, but Jim confirmed it! Others behind the counter also tended to my comfort and kept me informed also of my car's service progress. Very impressed with your service crew and its new comfortable waiting room!
