It was easy to schedule my appt online. Angel Vazquez is my contact there for service & he is always very helpful. He lets me know how long it will be, if I am waiting at the dealership. My recent service took quicker than I expected and I received a full report on my car. I have no complaints at all and feel well taken care of at Conley Subaru.

Went in for an oil change came out with a new Crosstrek, very nice building, friendly staff, very good service department, on time and kept updating the service time. friendly sales personnel, especially Bryan Driscoll.

One of the reasons I brought the car was the SOS… doesn’t work because discontinued after going to 5g. Frustrated not having and trying to get one. Tires needed to be replaced with less then 20,000 miles on. Just iteration. Employees are ok and always seem to try their best. Like my Subaru but a little concerned. This area is dangerous to drive in. SOS was nice to have,,, over looked the free change to 5g fore whatever reason. Do like my forester

The service staff was friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable. I’ll have to come back and drop the car off for a Starlink update and appreciated that T.J. Asked me to call the day before to make sure a loaner will be available.

After searching for days on Carvana, Carfax, and Geico Auto Sales sites, Carguru popped up a car from Conley Subaru. I lost my car in the hurricane, had limited funds and needed a reliable ride soon. I picked out a car that was equivalent to several I had seen online. Every one of those potential sales ended in me cancelling it due to thousands in extra fees. This is the second time I have dealt with Tom Redmond at Conley. Both times were an issue with pairing my cell phone with my car.
