Clean courteous professional. Didn't make an appointment for the first time for an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check. One of the lifts was down so it took longer than expected. Will go back to making appointment.

My rating would have been 5 stars. The service was prompt and perfect for what was asked. All the service reps were very courteous and professional. And they worked to save me some money. My only problem came after the car was returned. Somehow two unrelated settings were altered by someone at the dealer. They were also unrelated to the service. We had 4 tires installed. That was the only service we asked for. When the car was returned the automatic headlight system was turned off. We didn't discover that until other drivers... read more
