We started out with Cary Driscoll and gave him all the info, after telling him our approximate drive time from Cape Coral, he called twice asking what time we would be there, both times i told him what time i would approximately be there, when i showed up he had me wait an hour, so i then asked for another sales rep. Recently had oil change, tire rotation, and recall A/C service performed on my Forester. Jessica and Angel are both attentive and knowledgeable. I had questions for the service tech who also did a great job of explaining what, how, and why they did what they did. The remodeled Subaru building is very nice with a comfortable, spacious customer waiting area.

Just average. Don't expect a Lexus service experience. Waiting area amenities are minimal and you won't have a washed vehicle when your vehicle is ready. Express service is a minimum one hour.
