It took a few minutes for a customer service person to realize I was waiting. I did not want to get out of my car because I had to have it jump started to get there. After being discovered I was treated with so much courtesy and sincere interest. The battery was replaced in a reasonable time, the details were adequately explained, and the waiting room was comfortable.
