Really cool spot and great atmosphere. Food and drinks were very solid.
We stopped by Boozehounds in Palm Springs and had a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, festively decorated for the holidays, which added to the charm. We opted to sit at the bar and sampled a variety of dishes: the tuna tataki, hamachi crudo, tteokbokki, vegan wurst, and mango delight. We were so glad they were open for Christmas Eve. The drinks were very good. The Smashburger was also good a little pricey, but worth it. The service was great.
Food was good - service missed the mark completely. No one came to check on us after the appetizer and entrees were dropped off, no refills on water/soda, took 40 minutes and going to ask the host to get a dessert menu. The manager was just pacing around the restaurant - no interaction with guests, no help to his team.
What's not to love, great Asian fusion food, good wine list, great drink list, doggie menu, great service and best of all, dogs everywhere!!! Our dog Arden got to meet Fenway a standard poodle puppy, a really big Goldendoodle, a basset, a chihuahua and a very nice English Bulldog named Archie, best night ever. Also, the Palm Springs Gay Men's Choir was doing an after concert party and they all loved the dogs! This is our go to in Palm Springs, we love it, our dog Arden loves it, nuff said.
Overall we had a pleasant experience at your restaurant. Our server was very nice and helpful and our food was good.
The atmosphere was enjoyable, but the service was extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes to receive our cocktails. The truffle fries, which are heavily promoted, were disappointing—just basic fries without any standout flavor and not worth the extra cost.
The staff and the service are amazing, not to mention the food is incredible! If you have a dog, this is a must do
A fun, eclectic spot. Loved seeing all the pooches. Portion sizes a tad small but the food and beverages were delicious.
