What a wonderful company providing service to so many businesses in our area. The drivers are all very friendly and accommodating as well.
Beware of fees on top of the rental fees. Our CAM charges and fuel fees add 38% above what we pay for the linens and you get charged for the linens on the shelf and the ones getting washed so essentially it doubles your invoice. Very expensive!
Great, local business that prides itself in partnering with its customers and making sure that they’re happy with the service that’s being provided. Big enough company to service large accounts and small enough to make sure the experience is consistent and high quality. Leadership spends time daily on evaluating best practices for the company.
The driver and delivery are consistent. We love him. He always tries to make things right. The pricing fluctuations are ridiculous, even more so when compared to the quality. We cannot use a minimum of 30% of our weekly supply because they have burns, hair, spots, lipstick, etc. it’s been frustrating. Floor mats arrive clean.
Really good family owned company. You can tell there drivers care because they go above and beyond. They aren't perfect, nobody is, but always make it right.
